The conference fee is 250 euros and it has to be paid by all delegates, with the exception of the scholarship winner or hosted participants, and covers: participation to the conference,

didactic material for preparation, access to the online forum,

three online meetings for a total of 9 hours,

Participant’s kit,

Lunch during the days of the conference,

certificate of attendance.

 

The conference fee is NOT refundable after July 19th.  .

The accommodation Rome package available this year costs 300 euros and includes:

accommodation in a double room for 4 nights from 9th to13th of September 2022 in a 4-stars category hotel, transfer from the hotel to the conference venues and viceversa, breakfasts,

24 hours staff assistance,

VISA assistance if needed.

 

The accommodation is NOT refundable after July 19th 2022.

For former delegates of the ICF 2020 and ICF September 2021 who have already paid both accommodation and conference fees but have not be able to join the events due to VISA issues have the chance to keep their fees valid fot September edition.

In this case participants have to fill in the applicaion form and proceed with the payment of an administrative fee of 72,50 euros.
